✔ Purchase price must be 40%or less than 60% of retail value.
✔ No maximum purchase price.
✔ If profit is too low to partner, an assignment fee may be possible.
✔ No partnerships or assignment fees for infill lots, except special cases.
✔ MLS properties must be under contract for partnership or assignment.
✔ Off-market deals: Preferably under contract. Larger deals may be secured directly if you connect us with the seller.
